Fiona's path into the treatment room did not begin there.
For over twenty years she worked as a makeup artist and trainer across Hong Kong and Australia, spending that time in close company with women and their relationship to beauty. How they saw themselves. How they presented themselves to the world. How the way they looked on the outside connected - or did not connect - to how they felt within.
Her work was always about more than technique. Confidence. Presence. The thing that happens when a woman feels at ease in her own face.
Then life shifted, as it sometimes does. A move. A marriage ending. A period of uncertainty that asked her to look somewhere other than the surface for steadiness.
It was during that time that Reiki found her. Not as something dramatic or sudden, but as something quiet and grounding. A practice that offered presence rather than performance.
That shift changed the direction of her work entirely.

When Fiona discovered the hands-on facial work at FaceUp Studio, something aligned.
