About FaceUp Studio

Home of the FaceUp® Method in Remuera, Auckland, a hands-on sculpting treatment designed to release tension and restore a naturally refreshed face.

FaceUp Studio is dedicated to natural facial rejuvenation through the FaceUp® sculpting method.

Led by advanced FaceUp® Method provider Rachel Hyatt, the studio focuses on releasing tension held in the muscles of the face, jaw, neck and scalp. When these areas soften, circulation improves and lymphatic fluid can move more freely, helping the face look brighter, more lifted and more relaxed.

While skincare works on the surface of the skin, FaceUp® Massage works with the muscles and connective tissue underneath. This helps ease tightness, reduce puffiness and restore natural movement through the face.

FaceUp Studio offers treatments in Remuera, Auckland within a calm and restorative environment where clients can unwind while the face and nervous system begin to soften.

The FaceUp® Method

FaceUp Studio was created by visionary founder Olga Newman, who developed the renowned FaceUp® Method.

This hands-on sculpting treatment blends techniques from around the world to release tension held deep within the facial muscles while supporting circulation and lymphatic flow. When facial tension softens and movement returns to the tissues, the face can appear naturally brighter, more lifted and more refreshed.

The FaceUp® Method focuses on working with the structure of the face rather than against it. Through precise manual techniques, the treatment helps restore balance through the face, jaw, neck and scalp while encouraging deep relaxation.

Today the method is practiced by trained practitioners internationally and forms the foundation of every treatment offered at FaceUp Studio.

Rachel Hyatt is the owner of FaceUp Studio and an advanced practitioner of the FaceUp® Method.

With more than 15 years of experience in therapeutic massage, Rachel has spent her career helping clients reconnect with their natural sense of ease and wellbeing. Her treatments focus on releasing tension held in the jaw, neck, scalp and facial muscles while supporting circulation and lymphatic flow.

Rachel trained extensively under FaceUp® founder Olga Newman and became one of her most trusted and advanced students. In 2025, Olga entrusted Rachel with the continuation of FaceUp Studio, confident the method would remain in skilled hands.

Today Rachel leads the studio and mentors the FaceUp Studio team to ensure every treatment reflects the technique and care the FaceUp® Method is known for. Each practitioner works within this approach, allowing clients to confidently book with any member of the team.

Rachel believes that when tension is released and the nervous system settles, natural beauty has the space to show itself.
