FaceUp Method for Circulation and Glow
Glow is not something skin does on its own. It depends on what is happening underneath, mainly how well blood and lymph are moving through the face. When circulation slows, skin looks flat no matter what sits on top of it. When it moves well, the same skin looks different within the hour.
What circulation actually does for skin
Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to skin cells. Lymph clears out the waste and fluid those cells produce. Together, they are the reason skin looks fresh after exercise and dull after a still, indoor week. Most of what reads as glow is simply this system working properly.
Why circulation slows
Sitting still for long stretches, especially through winter
Stress, which tightens the neck and jaw and restricts flow
Dehydration, common after months of heating and less water
Tension held in the face itself, which presses on the same vessels and lymph paths it should be supporting
Where FaceUp Method comes in
FaceUp™ Method works directly with these paths. Hands-on strokes along the jaw, cheekbones, temples and neck move blood and lymph where they should already be moving. Most clients see the difference within the hour, a face that looks brighter and less puffy without anything applied to the skin.
Supporting circulation at home
The TWYG Glass Facial Cupping Set extends this work between sessions. Gentle suction along the same paths supports the same circulation and drainage a treatment targets, so the effect has less distance to travel back.
